Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology, responsible for sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products in TN, KY, OH, and AL. Engage nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and staff across office, hospital, and dialysis settings. Travel daily within the assigned territory; call on physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals to promote the portfolio. Demonstrate disease state and product knowledge, maintain relationships within marketplace networks, analyze sales performance, adjust business plans, and maintain up-to-date call records. Represent CSL Vifor values and collaborate with Commercial partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
