Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the Nashville region with responsibility for driving sales, market development, and strategic planning across designated territories (TN, KY, OH, AL). Role involves engaging nephrology clinicians, health systems, and dialysis organizations, promoting the portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals, and maintaining up-to-date call records. Requires daily travel within assigned territories and strong knowledge of disease states relevant to nephrology and renal therapies; collaboration with Commercial partners and cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
