Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for nephrology portfolio within a multi-state territory (TN, KY, OH, AL) with daily travel to engage nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; develop market strategies, promote product knowledge and disease-state awareness; maintain call records and reports; collaborate with Commercial partners; build relationships across hospitals, physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
