Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology responsible for driving sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology portfolio across a multi-state territory. You will engage with nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and their staff to promote portfolio of company products, demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge, and establish productive relationships within marketplace networks. Role requires daily travel within assigned territory and maintaining call records and reports; collaborate with commercial partners to optimize business outcomes. The position emphasizes building relationships with physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals, and applying account-based selling techniques to achieve sales objectives. A Bachelor’s degree and a track record of top sales performance in pharma, especially in nephrology/renal/dialysis, are preferred. The role is positioned for senior-level leadership within the regional sales organization, reporting to the Regional Business Manager and contributing to territory strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
