Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology in the assigned territory with daily travel across TN/KY/OH/AL to engage nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; promote portfolio products, demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge, build relationships within marketplace networks, analyze sales performance and adjust business plans, maintain up-to-date call records and reports, and collaborate with Commercial partners to drive market development and sales execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
