Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology in the Nashville, TN area leads sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology portfolio; engages nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; travels daily within the territory (TN, KY, OH, AL and surrounding areas); promotes products to physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals; builds relationships within marketplace networks; analyzes sales performance and adjusts business plans; maintains up-to-date call records and submits reports; represents CSL positively internally and externally; collaborates with Commercial partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in Nephrology, Renal, or Dialysis (preferred)
- Account management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
