Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products across TN, KY, OH, and AL with daily travel within the assigned territory. Engage nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and related staff; demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge; build productive relationships within marketplace networks; analyze sales performance and adjust plans; maintain up-to-date call records and submit reports; collaborate with Commercial partners; represent CSL professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
- Experience working within IDN systems is highly preferred
