Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for nephrology in the Tennessee/Kentucky/Ohio/Alabama region, responsible for selling the portfolio to nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and related staff; travel daily within the assigned territory; engage with physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and other key customers; promote disease-state and product knowledge, analyze sales performance, and adjust business plans; maintain up-to-date call records and collaborate with Commercial partners to drive market development and territory growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
