Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the US territory, focused on Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, and Alabama with daily travel within the assigned region. Responsibilities include executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products; engaging nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; promoting the portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and related staff; maintaining up-to-date call records and reports; building positive relationships within marketplace networks; analyzing sales performance and adjusting the business plan; representing CSL with professionalism; collaborating with Commercial partners. Requires travel across the territory and the ability to work in office/hospital/clinic settings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Nephrology, Renal, Dialysis experience (preferred)
- Account management experience
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Knowledge of account-based selling and complex marketplace navigation
