Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in Central and South Texas responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products. You will engage nephrology healthcare professionals across office, hospital, and dialysis settings, travel daily within the territory, and promote the portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date call records, analyzing sales performance, adapting plans, and collaborating with Commercial partners to drive business growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales with strong account management and territory-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
