Job Summary
Lead sales across Central and South Texas for nephrology portfolio, executing all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning. Engage with nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; travel daily within assigned territory (San Antonio, Houston, Austin, McAllen) to call on physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and related staff; promote product portfolio and demonstrate advanced disease-state knowledge. Build positive relationships within marketplace networks, analyze sales performance to adjust the business plan, maintain up-to-date call records, and collaborate with commercial partners to drive territory growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in nephrology/renal/dialysis preferred
- account management experience
- proven track record as a top sales performer
