Job Summary
Lead territory sales for the nephrology portfolio across Central and South Texas (San Antonio, Houston, Austin, McAllen). Execute sales, market development, and strategic planning, engaging nephrologists, dialysis organizations, health systems, and related staff in office, hospital, and dialysis settings. Daily travel within the territory; promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders; demonstrate advanced disease-state knowledge of nephrology, renal therapies, and competing products; establish and nurture relationships across marketplace networks; analyze sales performance and adjust business plans; maintain up-to-date call records and reports; represent the company professionally and collaborate with Commercial partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry preferred in Nephrology, Renal, or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
- Ability to travel daily within assigned territory
- Demonstrated knowledge of nephrology/pharmaceutical sales best practices
