Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the Houston/Central and South Texas region responsible for sales execution, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products. You will engage nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations across office, hospital, and dialysis settings; travel within the assigned territory; promote product benefits to physicians, nurses, renal Dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals; demonstrate product and disease-state knowledge; build positive relationships across marketplace networks; analyze sales performance and adjust plans; maintain up-to-date call records and submit reports; represent the company professionally and collaborate with Commercial partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferred: Renal, Dialysis, Nephrology, Specialty pharma, Rare Disease, and Hospital sales experience
- Experience working within IDN systems is highly preferred
