Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology workload in the Houston–San Antonio corridor: execute sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products; engage with nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and dietitians; demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge; build and maintain relationships across marketplace networks; analyze sales performance and adjust business plans; maintain up-to-date call records and reports; travel daily within the assigned territory to cover Central and South Texas (San Antonio, Houston, Austin, McAllen).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry (Nephrology/Renal/Dialysis highly preferred)
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
