Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in Texas, responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning within the territory; engage with nephrology patients' care teams across offices, hospitals, and dialysis centers; frequent travel within Central and South Texas; build relationships with nephrologists, health systems, renal dietitians and pharmacists; promote portfolio, demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge, analyze sales performance, and maintain call records; collaborate with Commercial partners to achieve sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis preferred
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Account-based selling
- Account management in complex, competitive marketplace
- IDN systems experience highly preferred
