Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products in Central and South Texas. Drive engagement with nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and their staff across office, hospital, and dialysis settings. This role requires daily travel within the assigned territory to call on physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders; promote product benefits and renal specialties; maintain up-to-date call records; and collaborate with Commercial partners to achieve sales objectives and business plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
