Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology for Central and South Texas (Territory includes San Antonio, Houston, Austin, McAllen). You will execute sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products, engage nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations, and travel daily within the assigned territory to promote products, demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge, build relationships, analyze sales performance, and collaborate with Commercial partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis (highly preferred)
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
