Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in Texas, responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products within the assigned territory. You will engage with nephrology-focused health care professionals in office, hospital, and dialysis settings, conduct daily travel within the territory, call on nephrologists and related staff, promote portfolio benefits to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals, demonstrate advanced disease state and product knowledge, build and maintain relationships across marketplace networks, analyze sales performance and adjust business plans, maintain call records and submit reports, and collaborate with Commercial partners while representing the company professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
