Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology portfolio within Central and South Texas (San Antonio, Houston, Austin, McAllen). Daily travel within assigned territory; call on nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and related staff to promote products; demonstrate disease- and product-knowledge; build relationships across physician groups, hospitals, and care teams; manage call records, reports, and territory business plans; collaborate with Commercial partners and represent CSL Vifor externally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
