Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in Central and South Texas focused on driving sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology product portfolio. Responsibilities include engaging with nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; promoting products across office, hospital, and dialysis settings; traveling daily within the assigned Texas territory (San Antonio, Houston, Austin, McAllen); maintaining call records and reports; collaborating with commercial partners; and demonstrating disease-state and product knowledge to expand market presence. Requires building positive relationships with healthcare stakeholders, executing territory business plans, and delivering account-based selling strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in nephrology/renal/dialysis preferred
- account management experience navigating in a complex marketplace
