Job Summary
Lead sales strategy and territory development for nephrology products across Central and South Texas (San Antonio, Houston, Austin, McAllen). Engage nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and their staff to promote portfolio products; demonstrate advanced disease-state and product knowledge; manage daily field activity and travel within the territory; maintain call records and reporting; collaborate with Commercial partners to drive growth and optimize business plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
