Job Summary
Lead area sales strategy for nephrology products across Central and South Texas, engaging nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations in physician-office, hospital, and dialysis settings. Responsible for territory development, market planning, and account management; travel daily within the assigned Texas territory; promote product benefits to physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals; demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge, analyze performance, adjust business plans, maintain call records, and collaborate with Commercial partners to drive sales results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in Nephrology/Renal/Dialysis preferred
- account management experience
- ability to travel within assigned territory
- demonstrated sales performance
- knowledge of disease states in nephrology and renal therapies
