Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology based in Central/South Texas with responsibilities spanning sales execution, market development, and strategic planning for company products. You will engage nephrology clinicians, dialysis organizations, and health systems across San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and McAllen, promoting portfolio benefits and maintaining up-to-date field records. The role requires daily territory travel, building relationships with physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals, and collaborating with Commercial partners to drive product knowledge and performance while adapting the business plan to market dynamics. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably in Nephrology/Renal) are expected, with a track record of success and strong account-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
