Drive growth and market share in your assigned area by deploying QR and Soundbox products while recruiting and aligning a sales team to execute business plans. Plan market geographies, communicate targets to minimize delivery gaps, and monitor quality parameters through regular audits of team acquisitions and sales. Validate team performance against management standards while leveraging extensive travel and strong networking capabilities to expand distribution. This role requires 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development within a fast-growing payments firm focused on bringing half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy.
