Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for QR & Sound Box vertical in Chhindwara, MP. Lead merchant acquisition/retention and growth, with accountability for distribution and market share in the assigned area. Identify and recruit the sales team, plan market size, span and geographies, and communicate plans/targets to the team to minimize delivery gaps. Monitor quality parameters and validate/audit acquisitions and sales. Must have strong networking, coaching/mentoring abilities, and 8-12 years in sales (B2C). MBA (Marketing) is required. Willingness to travel extensively within the specified area; articulate and negotiate solutions, thrive in a fast-growing firm with a large team.

- Strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively

- Strong sales and negotiation skills; experience in quota-driven sales
