Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for growth of distribution and market share in Bareilly; deploy QR and Soundbox to drive merchant acquisition and retention; identify and recruit the sales team; plan market size, span and geographies for team leads; communicate targets to the team; monitor quality parameters; validate and audit acquisitions and sales. Superpowers/Skills: self-starter with ownership, comfort navigating ambiguity, 8-12 years sales/B2C experience, fast-growing environment, articulate complex solutions to customers, strong sales and negotiation capabilities, and experience in payments/finance is a plus. We are the largest merchant acquirer in India and aim to bring millions into the mainstream economy.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years experience in sales - business development, B2C markets
- Experience in quota driven sales
- Good sales and negotiation skills
