Manage and acquire new business accounts while driving sales growth and servicing existing merchants through QR Codes, Sound Boxes, and POS machines. Formulate counter strategies for local initiatives, analyze market trends, and develop sales plans for assigned geographies. Identify and recruit the sales team, conduct audits on acquisitions, and validate quality parameters. Personally manage key accounts and device communication methods to minimize the delivery gap. Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
