Job Summary
Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Adjacent Offline Payments at Paytm: lead field sales teams to drive merchant acquisition and engagement across EDC/POS, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, EMI, and Merchant Loans; expand merchant network within the assigned territory; manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure; build and maintain merchant relationships to drive activation and transaction growth; set and achieve aggressive sales targets through market expansion and product expertise; oversee recruitment, coaching, and development of Sales Executives and Team Leads; conduct regular field visits, weekly/monthly reviews, and cross-functional collaboration; 75% field and 25% office engagement; location: Pune, Maharashtra.
