Job Summary
Manage daily operations for Tipico Shop Agency North GmbH's seven locations in Thüringen, ensuring smooth retail execution during set hours. Lead the hiring, training, and development of store managers and their teams while overseeing personnel budgets and efficient staff utilization against KPIs. Enforce corporate standards, marketing initiatives, and strict compliance with youth protection and gambling addiction prevention regulations. Conduct regular store visits and site audits with full documentation. Requires a commercial qualification, multiple years of relevant experience, a Class B driver's license, and fluency in English.
