Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for the Long Island region responsible for lead generation and growth of the sales territory using Cutera’s validated sales methodology. Drive territory success through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals, develop prospective new customers, nurture existing relationships to expand sales, and educate clients on product indications, efficacy, and safety and how solutions address client needs. Requires travel with 1-2 overnights per week and residence in the Long Island, NY region; role involves collaboration across departments and delivering demonstrations to customers to support sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business
- Detailed successful sales track record
- Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments
