Area Sales Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Sales

Job Summary
Lead and manage a sales team to generate LAP (Loan Against Property) business from existing branches and DSA channels; monitor pre- and post-disbursal documents and formalities; monitor and resolve delinquency cases; build relationships with current and prospective customers including HNIs; provide input on off-roll incentives for timely processing; generate corporate leads and close deals; achieve the branch/location sales targets including ALR and PDD/delinquency control; requires proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated team management, collaboration, delegation, and motivational abilities; educational qualification: graduate and above; minimum 6 years of work experience with exposure to secured lending asset products such as Home Finance, Personal Loan, or Educational Loan.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree or above
- 6 years of work experience
- Experience in secured lending asset products (Home Finance/Personal Loan/Educational Loan)
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable team management skills
