Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Capital One Auto Finance will partner with automobile dealerships to drive adoption of digital lead-generation products and lending solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for each dealer, delivering product presentations, conducting dealership training, monitoring performance, and creating monthly engagement plans based on data and sales metrics. The role requires strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and closing skills, with the ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high levels of product, service, and process knowledge. You will collaborate with internal partners to ensure operational excellence and drive dealer objectives through strategic engagement and demonstration of the platform’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, plus proficiency with CRM systems and a commitment to learning and personal growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED or equivalent (as part of Basic Qualifications)
- 1+ year of financial services experience or business-to-business sales
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
