Area Sales Manager

Field-based Area Sales Manager role focused on industrial inspection and AI-assisted vision systems for medical device manufacturing, precision engineering, automation, and related industries. Responsibilities include developing and growing business across manufacturing and engineering markets, building relationships with manufacturing engineers, quality teams, process engineers, and technical decision-makers, conducting onsite customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, and technical presentations, generating new opportunities through prospecting and networking, managing and growing existing accounts while developing new pipeline, aligning applications with operational needs, collaborating with internal engineering and applications teams, attending industry events, maintaining CRM activity, pipeline forecasting, and providing customer/market feedback for product development. Requirements include 3–6+ years in technical/industrial sales, comfort with technical demos and presentations, travel readiness, strong communication and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and a technical aptitude to understand manufacturing processes.
