Job Summary
Drive regional sales performance and achieve targets by partnering with Store Managers to enhance team output and operational standards. Monitor store KPIs, identify productivity improvements, and conduct visits to ensure visual merchandising and presentation meet excellence benchmarks. Assist in coaching future leaders, supporting recruitment and retention initiatives, and contribute to workforce planning for trade periods. Develop proficiency in retail financials, budgeting, and performance reporting while building an inclusive, high-performing team culture. Travel throughout Victoria as required to support key business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager, Cluster Manager or senior retail leader within a high-volume retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and coach teams to success
- Strong leadership potential with a genuine desire to progress into a multi-site management role
- Commercially minded with an interest in retail financials and performance metrics
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for fashion retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to travel throughout Victoria as required
