The Area Sales Manager will lead and mentor Sales Consultants, oversee sales operations in Polk County, and ensure performance meets company expectations for an award-winning homebuilding company. Must have significant experience in new home sales and management, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years proven experience in New Home Sales
- 2 years’ experience in new home sales management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced Word, Excel, Salesforce skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- College degree strongly preferred
- Florida Real Estate license preferred
