Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company goals, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, analyzing sales data to uncover growth opportunities, coordinating NHOP activities, maintaining standardized sales policies and procedures, managing LNR Accounts & Groups, establishing relationships with CVB and Chamber, and ensuring Monthly Action Plans are executed by Sales Associates; requires overnight travel. Benefit programs include flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts (Mon–Fri with weekend availability) and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability insurance plus PTO and mileage reimbursement. Required Qualifications
