Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Hitachi Energy Transformers in Vaasa. You will develop sales plans and strategies for your assigned area, analyze customer needs and market trends, interact with local sales organizations, lead workshops, define sales prices based on market prices and cost calculations, and enter/maintain customer data in CRM systems. You will provide technical support in meetings, presentations and negotiations, support after-sales activities, and contribute to opportunities through handovers for projects won. The role requires B.Sc./M.Sc. in engineering or business administration, a few years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Salesforce a plus), and strong English communication skills, with Finnish/Swedish as advantageous. Knowledge of electrical systems and transformers is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering or business administration
- A few years’ experience in a relevant position
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Salesforce a plus)
- Excellent written and spoken English; Finnish and Swedish advantageous
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, especially transformers
