Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for overseeing sales and marketing across 2+ senior living communities, driving occupancy, leading relationship building with prospective residents and referral sources, collaborating on local marketing initiatives, managing the lead pipeline and CRM, monitoring performance and occupancy metrics, mentoring sales teams, and delivering customer service excellence across communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the senior living or healthcare industry (required)
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving occupancy growth
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple communities and projects effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Yardi preferred and Microsoft 365
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
