Job Summary
Area Sales Manager role focused on increasing funded auto-dealerships by partnering with Independent and Franchise dealers, onboarding and managing dealer growth, presenting products/services, following up on leads, training dealers on funding processes, and maintaining effective communication with dealer partners. Requires consultative sales approach, ability to travel up to 75%, proficiency with MS Office, and strong presentation/interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish a plus; HS diploma required with college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
