Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for expanding funded auto deals by partnering with dealers (Independent and Franchise). Focuses on identifying, onboarding and growing dealer partnerships through consultative sales, educating dealers on Western Funding products, and maintaining ongoing communication to accelerate funding of contracts. Role involves presenting company products to management within dealerships, developing new leads, following up on referrals, training dealers on proper documentation for fast funding, and traveling to dealer locations as needed. Requires strong MS Office skills, solid understanding of automotive finance and sales, proven presentation abilities, and the capability to work independently and in a team. Travel up to 75% and remote-work flexibility are expected to support growth in the local region.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales role
- Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Valid driver’s license required for role
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
