Area Sales Manager responsible for implementing, supervising, and improving frontline sales and distribution infrastructure, metrics, and programs in the West Upcountry market. Drive annual business plan execution, demand generation, visibility and merchandising, and outlet relationships. Lead data-driven planning, monitor distribution objectives, ensure product availability and placement, manage top-outlet accounts, train sales/merchandising teams, execute selective product programs, and settle financial claims with outlets and distributors. Role requires substantial market presence with ~18 days/month spent in-market and accountability for achieving channel sales goals and program execution within the utensil cleaning tools portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management or supervisory role in FMCG/consumer goods
  • Proven ability to plan and execute sales and distribution strategies
  • Strong relationship management with top outlets
  • Data analysis and planning skills for demand generation and promotions
  • Budget management and financial settlement with distributors/outlets
  • Team training and process adherence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with sales and merchandising teams
  • Willingness to spend significant time in market (18 days/month)
