Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for selling Geneo’s facial technology to dermatology and aesthetics practices across assigned territory; manage full customer lifecycle from capital systems to consumables, build long-term partnerships, deliver training (in-person/virtual), forecast needs, develop territory plans, conduct QBRs, maintain CRM data, and travel frequently (60–70%) within CT, MA, and RI; requires consultative selling, relationship-building, and ability to train customers and staff across med-spas, dermatology, plastic surgery practices, and luxury spas. The role emphasizes achieving revenue goals, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and collaboration with Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations. Base salary starts at $80,000 with unlimited commission potential; full health benefits and 401(k) with employer match included.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of success in consultative, relationship-driven sales; experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or medical devices is a plus
- Experience managing both capital equipment sales and consumable/repeat-purchase products, with measurable recurring revenue results
- Proven ability to train and scale practices through planning and follow-up
- Fluency with CRM tools for activity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze sales and usage data and translate insights into clear account strategies
- Comfortable with frequent travel and self-managing a territory schedule
