Job Summary
Drive sales and marketing plans for a specific region by categorizing customers, allocating targets to sales teams, and managing daily team activities. Supervise and coach the sales team to ensure agreed-upon activities are executed while achieving individual monthly and quarterly sales results. Contribute to the implementation of sales, marketing, retention, and distribution strategies. Requires minimum 3 years of sales team leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Base salary starts at 3000€ BTTO monthly plus bonuses.
