Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Robotics in Spain and Portugal within Stäubli's Robotics division. Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing sales strategies to sell all Stäubli robots to end customers, integrators, OEMs and partners in the defined geographic sector. Builds networks of integrators and OEMs, conducts commercial and financial negotiations, prepares offers, monitors projects and sales forecasts, represents the company at events, ensures customer satisfaction, and travels up to ~30% of the time with ~80% on-site client activity and 20% office time. Must have an engineering degree (or relevant experience), at least 2 years in robotics sales, strong communication/negotiation skills, willingness to travel in Spain and across Southwest Europe, and valid EU driving license; residence/work permit in Spain; fluent in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering discipline or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales in the robotics industry
- Previous experience in direct sales
- Account management and new customer development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across Spain and punctually to the countries of the southwest Europe region
- Residence and work permit in Spain
- Languages: Spanish and English at a negotiation level
