Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for High Voltage Breakers in the NAM region. Drive growth and market presence by leading sales efforts, delivering technical and commercial proposals, presenting to customers via webinars and seminars, and collaborating with engineering and front-end sales to capture market share. Responsible for developing sales forecasts and strategic plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and building relationships through customer meetings and site visits. Requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field, 8–12+ years in sales/marketing in the electrical sector (breaker experience a plus), strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel ~30%+ to support opportunities and customer engagements. Lead efforts to expand new and existing business, while aligning with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and drive measurable results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience (sales/marketing preferred)
- Experience in the electrical sector; breaker experience is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel 30%+
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to large groups
