Job Summary
Experienced sales professional & people manager to drive QR & Sound Box merchant acquisition, retention and growth in the assigned area. Responsibilities include growth of distribution and market share through extensive QR & Sound Box deployment and sale of the product; identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market; plan market size, span and geographies for ASMs; devise methods to communicate plans/targets to the team to minimize gaps between expectations and delivery; monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales; coach and mentor the team and navigate ambiguity. Must have 8-12 years of sales/B2C experience, strong networking, and excellent sales/negotiation skills; experience with quota-driven sales; experience in payments and finance is a plus. Education: MBA (Marketing). Willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
