Job Summary
Area Sales Manager focused on contacting, engaging, and developing dealer loan originator participation in the Agora platform and related financial solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust dealer pipeline across independent and franchise dealerships, responding to dealer queries, coordinating with Account Managers to meet targets, driving dealer engagement through scheduled calls and in-person meetings, executing surveys and MRAs, onboarding support onsite post-launch, and logging all interactions in Zoho CRM. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in automotive finance, strong negotiation and communication skills, and travel up to 25%. Ability to work with MS Office and Zoho CRM; sales activities include a mix of prospecting, relationship-building, and performance-driven activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of automotive finance experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho CRM
