Job Summary
Area Sales Manager in Central Texas focused on driving territory growth through lead generation and on-site visits, leveraging Cutera’s sales methodology to meet or exceed goals. Responsibilities include cold calling, developing new customers, nurturing existing relationships to expand sales, and educating clients on product indications, efficacy, safety, and how solutions address client needs and those of their customers. Requires 5+ years of sales experience in aesthetics or medical capital equipment, a proven sales track record, strong communication, and the ability to travel with overnight stays (1–2 per week). Must reside in the Central Texas region and hold a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business
- Detailed successful sales track record
- Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments
- Ability to travel with overnight stays
