Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager (Service) focused on growing recurring revenue from service agreements in the London region. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying customers, delivering sales presentations, conducting needs assessments, performing site surveys to evaluate equipment and conditions, creating maintenance agreement proposals, and using Salesforce to manage opportunities. Collaborate with operations to deliver quality results and resolve client issues. Requires strong service sales experience, aptitude for HVAC/Chiller/Heat Pump markets, excellent communication, ability to generate new revenue, and a UK driving licence; MS Office skills are also desirable.
