Job Summary
Go-to leader for the outside sales team who coaches activities to optimize revenue and margin within the market, develops and executes sales strategies with Market Manager and OSRs, maintains and grows a diverse customer base across building material categories, negotiates with vendors and manufacturers, aligns sales efforts with market-specific goals, and leads a high-functioning sales team through coaching, development reviews, and proactive market intelligence to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in business management, marketing or related field
- 5 years sales experience in designated builder segment and building materials supply
